Features:

1. The inner wall is waterproof and oil-resistant, allowing direct contact with oily foods without any odor.

2. Accurate color registration and clear, vivid designs: UV printing combines matte and glossy finishes, creating a vibrant, lustrous look that adds to the appeal of the product.

3. The serrated seal at the top allows for easy folding after insertion. It can also be used with a label or thumb clasp.

4. One-piece molding ensures a three-dimensional bag with stable quality and durable printing and coloring.

5. Made of virgin pulp, it offers strong toughness and high load-bearing capacity. The long fibers are tear-resistant and offer uniform thickness.

6. The bottom is adhesively bonded with environmentally friendly, quick-drying water-based adhesive, eliminating odor.

7. Glue is applied on all four sides for a secure, press-fit application. Quality guaranteed.

By combining nano-silicon coating technology with a water-based acrylic coating, this product achieves an astonishing oxygen barrier of 0.05 cc/m²/day*, comparable to aluminum foil laminate bags. Key specifications include burst strength ≥ 400 kPa and heat seal strength ≥ 3.5 N/15 mm, capable of withstanding harsh environments ranging from -25°C freezing to 121°C retort. The stand-up pouch's patented three-dimensional bottom design allows it to withstand up to 5 kg without collapsing, surpassing traditional packaging in terms of stability.
